Description
Obtains the tendency configuration of the CU/MB mode of a channel.
Restrictions
- This API is used to obtain the tendency configuration for using the CU mode.
- This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.
- Only H.264/H.265 encoding channels support this API.
