hi_mpi_venc_get_jpeg_huffman_param

Description

Obtains the advanced JPEGE Huffman parameters of an encoding channel.

Restrictions

• This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.
• If hi_mpi_venc_set_jpeg_huffman_param has not been called to set the advanced Huffman coding parameters, the default Huffman coding parameters are returned.
