hi_mpi_vdec_start_recv_stream

Description

Starts receiving streams sent by the user after a channel is created and before decoding starts.

Restrictions

• Ensure that a channel has been created. Otherwise, the error code HI_ERR_VDEC_UNEXIST is returned.
• Insert this API call before the hi_mpi_vdec_send_stream call.
• Repeated calls to this API return successful responses.
