Description

Destroys a decoding channel to release related resources.

Restrictions

  • Ensure that a channel has been created. Otherwise, an error code is returned.
  • Ensure that the channel has stopped receiving streams or has not yet started receiving streams. Otherwise, the error code HI_ERR_VDEC_NOT_PERM is returned.
