Description
Sets the low-delay attributes of a VI pipe.
Restrictions
- This API can be called only after a VI pipe is created by calling hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe.
- To ensure that the configured low delay takes effect, perform the following operations:
- Bind the VI channel to the VPSS by calling hi_mpi_sys_bind.
- Either or both of the DIS and LDC functions have been enabled.
