Obtains LDC attributes of the VI module.

This API can be called only after a VI pipe is created by calling hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe.

vi_pipe	Input	Pipe ID. Value range: [0, 12)
vi_chn	Input	VI channel ID. Value range: [0, 1)
ldc_attr	Input/Output	Pointer to the LDC attribute structure. When ldc_attr is used as the input, ldc_version in the parameter structure must be specified. Otherwise, an error is reported.
