The Atlas Training Series Product does not support this API.

Sets the optional DIS parameters of a VI channel. The DIS image stabilization effect can be adjusted only in GME mode and is invalid in GYRO mode.

This API can be called only after a VI pipe is created by calling hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe.
