Description
Obtains the DIS attributes of a VI channel.
Restrictions
- This API can be called only after a VI pipe is created by calling hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe.
- You are advised to set the DIS attributes by calling hi_mpi_vi_set_chn_dis_attr before calling this API.
