Description

Obtains the file handle corresponding to a VI pipe. The file handle can be used to wait for an available pipe output in select or epoll mode.

Returns

If the value is greater than or equal to 0, the API is successfully called and the corresponding handle is returned. Otherwise, the API fails to be called.
