• This API is used to clip all input elements within the range of [clipValueMin, clipValueMax]. If the element value is greater than clipValueMax, the value is clipped to clipValueMax. If the element value is less than clipValueMin, the value is clipped to clipValueMin. Otherwise, the element value is equal to itself.
