This operator divides the channels of the tensor (*, C, H, W) into g groups, randomly permutes the channels in each group, and then combines all the channels into the output. The shape of the output tensor is the same as that of the input tensor.
Each operator has calls. First, [object Object] is called to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that contains the operator computation process. Then, [object Object] is called to perform computation.
