Disabling a Type of Fusion

To disable fusion of the concat type, set the environment variable AUTOFUSE_FLAGS to --enable_autofuse=true;--autofuse_disable_pass=concat;.

To disable fusion of the reduce type, set the environment variable AUTOFUSE_FLAGS to --enable_autofuse=true;--autofuse_disable_pass=reduce;.

To disable fusion of the elementwise&&broadcast type, set the environment variable AUTOFUSE_FLAGS to --enable_autofuse=false;.
