server_ip	const char*	Listening IP address.
server_port	uint32_t	Listening port.
endpoint_list	const EndpointDesc*	Pointer to the endpoint description array. Endpoint description definition. For details, see https://gitcode.com/cann/hcomm/blob/master/include/hcomm_res_defs.h.
endpoint_list_num	uint32_t	Number of endpoints.
reserved	uint8_t[104]	Reserved field for the HixlServerDesc configuration, which is used for future extension. The total size of the structure is 128 bytes.
