mod_param	Dict, encoding module type. For details, see hi_venc_mod_param.

mod_param	Dict, pointer to encoding module parameters.
ret	Int, error code. 0: success. Other values: failures. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.

Restrictions

You are advised to set mod_type in the hi_venc_mod_param dictionary before calling this API. This API will obtain the corresponding module parameters based on the module type.
