Modifies the configuration parameters of the VPC Engine in the HiCAID deterministic framework.

hi_s32 hi_mpi_vpc_set_engine_config_handle(hi_s32 handle, const void *handle_param, const hi_u32 param_size)

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
handle	Input	Image processing handle ID. Call hi_mpi_vpc_create_engine_config_handle to obtain the handle in advance and then pass it to this API as an argument.
handle_param	Input	Pointer to the parameter content. Construct handle_param based on the hi_roundview_stitching_param structure.
param_size	Input	Parameter size, in bytes. The value must be the same as the size of the structure corresponding to the handle_param parameter.
