Creates a handle for the VPC Engine in the HiCAID deterministic framework. One handle corresponds to only one VPC Engine.

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
handle_type	Input	Handle type.
handle	Output	Image processing handle ID. A maximum of 36 handles are supported.
handle_param	Input	Pointer to the parameter content. Constructs handle_param based on the type selected by handle_type and the corresponding structures hi_crop_resize_handle_param, hi_remap_handle_param, and hi_roundview_stitching_handle_param.
param_size	Input	Parameter size, in bytes. The value must be the same as the size of the structure corresponding to the handle_param parameter.
