user_frame	Structure of information about image frames sent by users. For details, see chapter "System Control." For the type definition, see hi_video_frame_info.
user_rc_info	Data structure for user bit rate control information. For the type definition, see hi_user_rc_info.
user_roi_map	User ROIMap information structure. This parameter is reserved and not supported currently. For the type definition, see hi_user_roi_map.
