Defines the OSD information.

Member	Description
src	Input image information. For details, see hi_vpc_pic_info.
dst	Output image information. For details, see hi_vpc_pic_info.
count	Number of OSD regions. The value range is [1, 100].
osd	Pointer to the configuration array of an OSD region. For details, see hi_osd.
clut	CLUT coefficient.
