Defines the dump attributes of a VI pipe.

enable	Whether to enable dump. HI_FALSE: Disables this function. HI_TRUE: Enables this function.
depth	Queue depth of the dumped data. The value cannot exceed the depth value specified in the corresponding pipe attribute. Value range: [0, 8]
