Adds a conditional task to a stream.

Parameters

params	Input/Output	Conditional task parameters, including the condition handle, condition type, and number of branches. For details about the type definition, see aclmdlRICondTaskParams. Before calling this API, call aclmdlRICondHandleCreate to create a condition handle.
stream	Input	Stream for executing the conditional task. The stream must be in the capture state. For details about the type definition, see aclrtStream.
flags	Input	Reserved. The value is fixed at 0.
