recordFlag	Behavior of a record action. The options are as follows: ACL_EVENT_RECORD_DEFAULT: This is the default behavior, which is applicable to common scenarios. In this case, this API is equivalent to the aclrtRecordEvent API. ACL_EVENT_RECORD_EXTERNAL: In this case, this API only applies to the graph capture scenario. When tasks on a stream are captured as a computation graph, this flag makes the recorded event visible to external systems, for synchronization between a graph and an external stream, as well as between graphs.
