Function

Obtains the device resource limits of a specified stream.

If the aclrtSetStreamResLimit API is not called to set the device resource limits, the priorities of the device resource limits obtained by this API are as follows: device resource limits of the current process (set by calling aclrtSetDeviceResLimit) > default hardware resource limits of the AI processor.
