Sets a label on a stream.

aclError aclrtSetLabel(aclrtLabel label, aclrtStream stream)

stream	Input	Stream on which a label needs to be set. For details about the type definition, see aclrtStream. Only a stream bound to a model running instance by calling the aclmdlRIBindStream API is supported.
