Restrictions
For streams created by calling aclrtCreateStreamWithConfig with flag set to ACL_STREAM_PERSISTENT, ACL_STREAM_DEVICE_USE_ONLY, or ACL_STREAM_CPU_SCHEDULE, the status queried by this API has no meaningful implication.
