Function Usage

Creates a handle to matrix-vector multiplication. The input data type is INT8, and the output data type is INT32. After the handle is created, call aclopExecWithHandle to execute the operator.

Parameters

handle	Output	Pointer to the operator execution handle's pointer. For details about the type definition, see aclopHandle.
