Destroys data of the aclprofSubscribeConfig type created by the aclprofCreateSubscribeConfig call.

Use this API together with the aclprofCreateSubscribeConfig API. Call aclprofCreateSubscribeConfig first and then aclprofDestroySubscribeConfig.
If the same aclprofSubscribeConfig pointer repeatedly calls the aclprofDestroySubscribeConfig API, an error indicating that the memory is freed repeatedly is reported.
