Function Usage

Obtains and clears the error messages returned by other failed API calls in the same process or thread.

This API is ABI-compatible (corresponding to D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI in the compilation file) and returns ge::AscendString. It is recommended and cannot be used together with GEGetErrorMsg.
