Description: Computes the fast Gaussian error linear unit (GELU) activation function. FastGelu is defined as follows:

$$FastGelu(x_i) = \frac {x_i} {1 + e^{-1.702 x_i}}$$

Where $x_{i}$ is the input element.

Each operator has calls. First, aclnnFastGeluGetWorkspaceSize is called to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that contains the operator computation flow. Then, aclnnFastGelu is called to perform computation.
