pipeline运行过程中，mxpi_rtspsrc插件报错Internal data stream error XXX streaming stopped, reason error (-5)的错误

#### 原因分析

主要是由于数据源网络连接异常中断、或者是连接时cpu占用较高引起的偶现错误。

#### 解决措施

mxpi_rtspsrc插件具有重连机制，等待30秒会尝试重连，建议等待重连成功即可。
