MindIE初始化失败：插件特性不支持。


#### 故障原因

config.json文件中，plugin_param中的plugin_type配置非法。


#### 故障定位方法

排查config.json文件中plugin_param的配置情况，目前仅支持配置la、 memory_decoding、prefix_cache和splitfuse。
