# 芯片诊断报错Failed to check switch chip health status

#### 问题现象

当驱动版本为25.0.RC1及之后版本，使用芯片诊断报如下错误。


#### 可能原因

驱动版本与总线网络软件包版本不兼容。


#### 解决措施

使用dis startup命令确认总线网络软件包是否为与驱动配套的最新版本。
