# 使用前准备

- 已正确配置环境变量。若未配置，请参考  使用前准备
进行配置。
- 执行日志工具前请确保存放输出结果的目录的安全性和剩余空间充足。
- 收集昇腾NPU日志时，若当前服务器的网口Link状态为“UP”时，则收集的内容较多，耗时较长属于正常现象，用户可参考《  HCCN Tool 接口参考(https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/zh/ascend-computing/ascend-hdk-pid-252764743?category=developer-documents&subcategory=interface-reference)
》自行配置网口Link状态。
- 日志工具可能会用到rpm和npu-smi指令，请在运行前确保文件的安全性。
- 基于安全考虑，执行日志工具前，请用户确认“cut”、“echo”、“grep”、“expr”、“cat”、“bash”、“date”、“hostname”、“which”、“gzip”、“find”、“xargs”、“sh”、“egrep”、“awk”、“df”、“du”、“tar”、“rm”、“mv”、“lspci”、“env”、“ls”、“last”、“reboot”、“dmesg”、“whoami”、“who”、“sed”、“mkdir”、“chmod”、“dirname”、“basename”、“touch”指令是安全可用的。
