每路isp pipe，全量算法开启后，额外需要10M内存，内存占用较大的算法说明如下：

- isp[%d].proc：用户态算法proc调试信息。
- isp[%d].be_cfg：be config buffer。
- 新增isp pipe的基础通路内存。
