# E30004 NN_Process_Bin_Error（已废弃）

#### Symptom

The binary file of the NN process is damaged.


#### Possible Cause

An ECC memory error occurs on the device.


#### Solution

Obtain the device log, check whether ECC errors are reported, and contact technical support at https://www.hiascend.com/support.
