#### 功能说明

获取默认Context的状态。


#### 函数原型

```
aclError aclrtGetPrimaryCtxState(int32_t deviceId, uint32_t *flags, int32_t *active)
```


#### 参数说明

| 参数名 | 输入/输出 | 说明 |
| --- | --- | --- |
| deviceId | 输入 | 获取指定Device下的默认Context。 用户调用aclrtGetDeviceCount接口获取可用的Device数量后，这个Device ID的取值范围：[0, (可用的Device数量\-1)] |
| flags | 输出 | 预留参数。当前固定传NULL。 |
| active | 输出 | 存放默认Context状态的指针。 状态值如下： 0：未激活 1：激活 |


#### 返回值说明

返回0表示成功，返回其他值表示失败，请参见aclError。
