# 制卡工具在线制卡界面空白

#### 现象描述

打开制卡工具，在线制卡页签界面显示如下。

#### 可能原因

PC没有连接外部网络。


#### 解决方案

1. 解决PC联网问题，确保PC能够连接外部网络。
2. 单击“刷新页面”按钮，刷新工具页面。
