#### 功能说明

两个tensor元素按位取或。


#### 函数原型

vor(lhs, rhs)


#### 参数说明

- lhs：左tensor，tvm.tensor类型。
- rhs：右tensor，tvm.tensor类型。
- 两个Tensor中元素的数据类型需要一致，shape需要相同。
  支持的类型有int16，uint16, uint32, int32


#### 返回值

res_tensor：表示lhs按位或rhs，tvm.tensor类型。
