在进行acl graph 时 vllm use_eager设置false后 
报错 捕获流不允许同步操作  Not allow to synchronize captured-stream

出现在embedding 上
之前环境变量设置过
export TORCHDYNAMO_VERBOSE=1

export TORCH_COMPILE_DISABLE=1

export ASCEND_LAUNCH_BLOCKING=1

有没有遇到过类似情况的
