ffmpeg 版本4.4.2,镜像自带版本;其他电脑用VLC或者播放软件可以正常拉流，使用板端环境桌面打开VLC和SMPlayer拉流都不行，SMPlayer报错rtsp:method SETUP failed:461 unsupported transport  avformat_open_input() failed
