Atlas 200 DK安装的固件驱动版本是1.0.12.alpha（1.0.13安装了启动不了）,安装的CANN版本是5.1.RC2.alpha008（网上只能下载这个，没有1.0.12对应的版本）

安装完toolkit后出现：

[Toolkit] [20230531-17:15:23] [INFO]  delete operation, the directory /usr/local/Ascend/ascend-toolkit is not empty.

[Toolkit] [20230531-17:15:23] [ERROR] check the environment failed

[Toolkit] [20230531-17:15:23] [ERROR] process exit

然后配置环境变量出现：

root@zhangjinfeng-ASUS-TUF-Gaming-F15-FX507ZV4-FX507ZV4:~# source ~/.bashrc

-bash: ./usr/local/Ascend/ascend-toolkit/set_env.sh: 没有那个文件或目录

请问是什么原因，是版本不对么
