进入USB升级模式后无法发现USB设备

按下UPDATE_MODE后，按照官方制作USB升级模式制作整包和U盘local系统，设备在hboot2阶段可以正常进入U盘里面的系统，但是启动时提示找不到/dev/sda、/dev/sdb、/dev/sdc、/dev/sdd。

采用usb3，设备树如下：

mode无论为1还是2，都无法发现USB。
