系统静态信息在以下情况下会由边缘侧触发：

升级固件等配置动作导致的系统信息变化，及时触发上报一次。
定时每2分钟上报一次。

QoS保障属性

为保障MindEdge OM的正常使用，避免出现卡顿或者上传、下载任务过慢的问题，网络带宽必须满足基本要求，推荐值如下：

MindEdge OM所在边缘设备与FusionDirector之间的带宽 ≥ 50Mbit/s
其他网络要求：时延 < 30ms，丢包率 < 3%
