Python函数	ret = acl.rt.allocator_destroy_desc(alloctorDesc)
函数功能	销毁通过acl.rt.allocator_create_desc接口创建的aclrtAllocatorDesc类型的数据。
输入说明	allocatorDesc：int，待销毁的aclrtAllocatorDesc类型的数据。
返回值说明	ret：int，返回0表示成功，返回其他值表示失败。
