问题现象描述

安装ToolBox成功后，使用ascend-dmi工具进行带宽测试，报错提示Failed to initialize the device，Check the environment configuration dependency。

原因分析

该NPU进行过虚拟化操作，ascend-dmi不支持对vNPU进行性能测试。

解决措施

1. 执行以下命令，查询NPU的虚拟化信息。

   npu-smi info -t info-vnpu -i id -c chip_id 

   回显示例如下：

2. 根据查询的vNPU信息，销毁vNPU。

   npu-smi set -t destroy-vnpu -i id -c chip_id -v vnpu_id
