This function is used to create multiple streams based on the specified configuration file. It must be used together with DestroyAllStreams.

Do not call CreateMultipleStreamsFromFile and DestroyAllStreams repeatedly in a process.

streamsFilePath	Input	Pipeline configuration file. The maximum length of the pipeline character string is 10 MB. The maximum number of sub-pipelines is 256, and the maximum number of plugins and pipeline configuration items for a single pipeline is 5120.
