按照链接编译安装了【https://gitee.com/ascend/mindxsdk-referenceapps/tree/master/mxVision/Ascendffmpeg】，运行命令 ./ffmpeg -hwaccel ascend -c:v h264_ascend -i test.264 -c:v h264_ascend out.264，报错【Unknown decoder 'h264_ascend'】
