我这台 Orange Pi AI Pro（Ascend 310B4）存在 NPU 持续告警问题，重启后仍然复现，怀疑是板级供电/LPM/硬件相关异   常，请协助确认。

  设备情况：   - 板卡：Orange Pi AI Pro 8T   - 平台：Ascend 310B4   - 系统：Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS   - 驱动版本：25.2.0   - /var/davinci/driver/version.info 显示：     - Version=25.2.0     - Innerversion=V100R001C21SPC008B208

  现象：   - 执行 npu-smi info 可正常识别设备，但 Health 始终为 Alarm   - 系统重启后仍然是 Alarm   - 设备支持正常枚举，但无法通过 npu-smi 清除 health，也不支持 reset

  已尝试项：   - 普通重启：无效，告警仍复现   - 查询 npu-smi clear -h     - 仅支持 ecc-info 和 tls-cert-period     - 不支持清理 health alarm   - 查询 npu-smi set -h     - 支持显示有 reset 选项     - 但实际执行时提示：This device does not support setting reset.

  固件版本读取正常：   - upgrade-tool --device_index -1 --component -1 --version 可以正常读出各组件版本   - 例如 hboot1a/hboot1b/hboot2/ddr/hsm/hlink/atf 等都能正常返回版本号

  需要协助确认的问题：   1. 该 LPM Get current error 是否代表板级供电/电流采样硬件异常？   2. Health: Alarm 是否与 drv_memory RAS error_code: 0x50e 直接相关？   3. 该问题是否属于已知 BSP / 固件问题，是否有修复包或升级方法？   4. 如果不是软件问题，是否需要返修或更换硬件？
