Mediapipe用的是tensorflow框架，用了tfplugin工具进行了自动化切换。

切换完成后（检查没有failed_report.txt文件），运行发现还是跑在CPU上，没有切换到NPU上。

CPU开销很高

npu-smi info命令查询无process
