各组件状态：
报错信息：
Get https://access-manager.mindx-dl:8090/accessmanager/v1/metrics: dial tcp 10.96.0.10:8090: connect: connection refused
报错截图：
目前排查到clusterd组件存在报错：
Failed to watch *v1.AscendJob: failed to list *v1.AscendJob: the server could not find the requested resource (get ascendjobs.mindxdl.gitee.com)
kube-controller-manager 也有类似问题：
Failed to watch *v1.PartialObjectMetadata: failed to list *v1.PartialObjectMetadata: the server could not find the requested resource
请问报错是否有所关联？
